Important Hotel Information
- Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to check in.
All guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 13.78 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers transportation to the theme parks, use of our fitness center, local and toll-free phone access, WIFI throughout property, and parking.
A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.
The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 200 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.

The room was more like an apartment; three bedrooms and a nice kitchen and living/dining area. The place is a little spread out and a long walk through parking lots from many of the rooms to the pool. The view from our balcony was of a dumpster, but we were on the top floor so it wasn't so bad. The food in the bar was just ok, but at least there was a place to eat that you didn't have to drive to. Having stayed at Disneyworld prior to this, I would say this is a great, money-saving alternative.

We have stayed three different times and have never been disappointed. It is a very quiet and relaxing place. The one time we did not stay there we were very disappointed. The location works well for many different things. The idea of having access to a fully furnished kitchen and the fact that it is so clean makes it more inviting. By comparison this is a great value for the money.

the only con I have for this trip was that the staff wasn't very helpful or knowlegable. they have to many resort fees that are per person, per day and it's for things that we didn't use. they were high and we wern't told about them until after we had to check out.

Four of us typically go to Orlando every few years and stay in hotels, but we decided we wanted more room to spread out. Floridays was a GREAT find for us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry made it fabulous for four women. Very easy to get to the main Orlando parks. Quiet. I would stay again and recommend to anyone. From someone who stays in lots of hotels on both business and pleasure trips, this one was well worth it and affordable.
