    Loved the place. all, yes all staff was friendly and helpfull. close to north end and downtown. cool rooms. great bar soap!! lively bar, at least when we were there.

    What a wonderful welcome back to the Boston waterfront. Easy access from the water taxi. Great staff, beautiful property and what a room! More like an entire apartment. Absolutely loved the King Suite. Wonderfully designed and appointed. The bed isn't the pillowtop style we've grown accustomed too at upscale hotels these days - more of firm mattress. But overally, very, very nice. You won't regret the splurge.

    Excellent location, beautiful hotel, great value for the money, within walking distance to resturants, nightlife, the harbor, and aquarium ans childens muesum. The hotel staff needs to be re trained on how to deal with the customers. Valet parking but $* a day.

    Everything about the hotel was top notch and I would recommend it highly. Gym facilities the nicest I have ever seen/used at a hotel. Great location on the water, very close to subway. Restaurant had a small menu, but the food was good. Extremely clean facility, staff was kind and helpful.

    My family booked this hotel as a weekend getaway. When we arrived, we were astonished at how lovely our room was! But on the other hand, a jar of cashews from the mini bar cost $18!!!!! The health club was nice, but the pool's deep part was 4ft.(it was a lap pool). It's close to South Station. Very nice. But the pillows were uncomfortable (too SOFT).
