This is a beautiful property with large modern lobby. Clean and good size room. Good location walking distance to about anywhere you want to visit on popular sites. the only downside was that we arrived before the checking-in time which is 3 pm and had to wait around two hours before the room was made ready for us due to busy Holiday. And the staff who said will call us when the room is ready got off work and didn't relay the message so we ended up waiting longer than we had to. Overall, nice visit to Boston. Very charming city with abundant history and sightseeing opportunity. Take some excursions to see the revolutionary sites and hear the facinating stories. I have visited NYC and loved it. But Boston is very different. Rich in history and scholar significant. Whale watching and redsox game are must-see.

The discount room was directly over where heavy equipment was running. Backhoe digging, Jackhammers running, workers yelling to each other. This all started around 8:oo PM. The hotel staff assured me that it would be over by 10:00 PM, It was not. After repeated requests to be moved to a quieter location we were moved to the main street side of the building where sirens, garbage trucks and utility vehicles clamored throughout the night. Nice looking hotel, comfortable beds, clean. However, with the lack of response by the staff and the outside noise, even the discount price was excessive. They did comp the parking fee when I further complained about the noise and lack of response from the staff upon checking out of the hotel. If you like noise throughout the night and slow response from the staff, this is the place for you.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for directions/cab service. I did order room service one night. I ordered a sandwich with some fries and a salad. Pricing was a bit high, but that is as to be expected with any room service you order.The room was very clean. The bathroom was large with a separate full jacuzzi tub and a glass shower.
