  WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AT THE INTERCONTINENTAL AND WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK AND SEE MORE OF BOSTON.WHAT A GREAT CITY! EVERYTHING WAS JUST AS NICE AS IT COULD BE. MY ONLY ADVICE IS TO NOT RENT A CAR. PARKING AT THE HOTEL IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND YOU REALLY DO NOT NEED A CAR IN BOSTON. THE TOURS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ARE SO MUCH EASIER.

  The hotel was very comfortable. i loved the outside bar overlooking the harbor. we could see fireworks in both directions. i would definitely come back.

  I thought it was a lovely hotel, however not dusting where you don't think guest will see is not good. ie: the baseboards, behind the furniture and the mirror ...

  I thought it was a lovely hotel, however not dusting where you don't think guest will see is not good. ie: the baseboards, behind the furniture and the mirror frames. When I called the concierge the second time I was made to feel I was a bother.

  Great hotel in the financial district and walking distance to major Boston sites. Room was clean and quiet. Concierge was extremely helpful in all ways. Only downfall is there is no free wifi in the rooms. Has a daily rate. For a hotel of this size and quality WiFi should be a perk.
