The hotel is located away from the busy area of town, but easily accessible to the subway. It was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable! Loved using the plush robe. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. I thought it was wonderful to see pets were allowed to stay. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and thought it was delicious!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely. Everything was very clean. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds and pleasant decor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was a quick cab fare from all the popular destinations- museums, aquarium and Quincy Market. The only downside is that parking is expensive @ $* per night and they also charge for wireless if used in room (as opposed to lobby area).

Check-in was the quickest/easiest I've ever encountered. Very professional/courteous front desk staff. The room was nicely appointed. Very quiet - never heard any of the other guests even though I spent alot of time in the room. Direct connection to Convention Center made it easy for my daughter to get to/from her dance program. T just down the street made for easy access to the rest of Boston. Every staff member we had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back.

I loved this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Boston. I enjoyed myself immensely. I was traveling with my 3 month old and I had a great time. The hotel was clean, contemporary, and boy was the bed heavenly.

Great! Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly; the location supreme and in general, we had a wonderful time. We truly enjoyed the Irish pub (food and service) and the tasty coffee at Starbucks. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Boston.
