My recommendation is that if you are not attending an event at the convention center do not stay here. There is not much else nearby as far as places to eat and other stuff to do. You can get another hotel that is nicer and closer to everything else for the same or less cost. The price seemed to be right for the market but the hotel had lots of extra little charges that could rapidly add up. Internet was an extra $15 a day (wireless or through in-room jacks). The in hotel bars and restaurants were over priced (as all are, but there is nothing else nearby this hotel). I think they are expecting most guests to be convention goers that are going to write off the extras as a business expense to their business.

This hotel is in a great location. Short walk to waterfront. 25 minute walk to Quincy Market, North End, Govt.Ctr. Public transportation (the "T") Two Min.walk. The room was o.k. nothing special, the chair and ottoman could use replacing, a little dirty and worn. The king bed was fine and room very clean. Hotel staff very friendly,check-in went smoothly. I would stay here again.

I was impressed at the quality and value of this hotel. Although it was a little far, transportation was somewhat convenient with a little walking! I enjoyed being so close to the water. I would recommend this hotel to any professional going to a conference.
