The food and service is average. The beach is horrible, I am very disapointed about it because I have been in some other hotels in Playacar and Cancun, and no one has had a beach like this one. The room is clean and nice. There´s no free internet in the rooms.

The food and service is average. The beach is horrible, I am very disapointed about it because I have been in some other hotels in Playacar and Cancun, and no one has been so bad. The room is clean and nice.

I recently stayed in BB with a friend, and we had awesome time, the room was clean and comfy, food was great..I can agree that the reservation situation for dinner is ridiculous it should be like that. Other than that the staff were great, but my favorite people were PABLO, ROSA, AND MARCOS....they are the sweetest people and fun to be around and make your stay awesome! I dont know what happened to previous travelers that have made it to this hotel, but at least give it a try before you knock it. I WILL DEF BE COMING BACK IN A COUPLE MONTHS!!

This Place is terrible, the maintenance of the place is terrible, the smell of the irrigation lines at lines are awfull. also they make you make reservations for the ala carte restaurants due to not having enough personnel. insects every where, holes in ceilings, save your money go somewhere else
