This was a great place to stay! From the friendly and smiling staff that greets you, to a clean and crisp room, and comfortable bed and plenty of amenities, I had a great experience! I have even returned to this hotel when on Business in Boston because it is centrally located and the experience was great! The staff even called once in my room to check on my status and make sure everything was ok. Bravo to a job well done! MAC

We got this hotel on a Secret Hotel deal, so we didnt find out we were staying here until we purchased the room, but we were pleasantly suprised! This hotel was awesome!! It was very clean and the staff was so helpful. It is also in a perfect location in Boston. We could walk everywhere from the hotel- some places were farther than others, but we walked to Boston Common, the Faneuil Hall Marketplace area, the Aquarium in the harbor, Newbury Street which had awesome restaurants and shopping. In case you have never been to Boston before, walking is the best way to get around. Driving there is impossible if you don't know where you are going. The streets are everywhere and s confusing! We learned this the hard way haha. There is a nice bar and restaurant right in the hotel and the concerge also recommended nice tours and restaurants elsewhere. There was a Maggianos and Davios right up the street which both had great food. When I come back to Boston, I'm definitely staying at the Back Bay Hotel again!

From the time we crossed the threshold of the hotel we were very happy with the selection we had made. We booked two rooms so that our friends could stay close by with us and both were just wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay there again.
