  Back bay was gorgeous, in an amazing location in downtown boston, and the staff was wonderful. could not have asked for a better place to stay!

  Everything about my experience at The Back Bay Hotel was great. We were in the city on a quick overnight to the Theater District, and The Back Bay Hotel was the perfect location. It is within walking distance to many of the major arts attractions, and the staff was great. The restaurant and bar area downstairs are inviting and the menu is also pretty strong. I will definitely stay again.

  Wow! what a wonderful surprise! this hotel was rocking. we checked in and slipped into our comfy robes with a bottle of wine and dunkin donuts. such a great room. ...

  Wow! What a wonderful surprise! This hotel was rocking. We checked in and slipped into our comfy robes with a bottle of wine and dunkin donuts. Such a great room. It was very clean and decorated well. This hotel is in a great location for walking to things. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. This hotel also has a great bar downstairs that is quite the spot for locals. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! My favorite part, the sparkly elevators!

  I received a deal at staying at this hotel! it was beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. the bathroom was huge and had a very nice walk-in shower... ...

  I received a DEAL at staying at this hotel! It was beautiful, and the rooms were very nice. The bathroom was HUGE and had a very nice walk-in shower...it impressed me so much that I took pictures because I would like to decorate my bathroom the same way at home! It was a walk away from Berklee, but not too far that it was unmanageable, and we had beautiful weather while we were there so the walk was nice.
