On a return visit to the Back Bay Hotel I found the same warm greeting, efficient staff, spotless room and attention to detail that made my first stay so memorable. The Irish have mastered the art of hospitality here and make every effort to make each guest feel pampered. The room is graciously appointed and immaculately clean, the restaurant and pub always on the mark. The fitness room, although small, is sufficient and the hotel couldn't be in a better location. I could save a few dollars (but not many) going elsewhere but I'd rather not be disappointed or take a chance. The Back Bay won't disappoint.

04/15/2011Clean , cool place, with a very central location! not kid friendly though, i was not with my kids, but would not bring them there. the downstairs bar is awesome!

I had an awesome stay at the Back Bay Hotel. I can't really think of anything negative about the stay. The hotel staff rocks! And were always more than willing to suggest local shopping , dining, and site seeing. It was also located close to the metro which was nice to be able to leave the car with the valet. The rooms were clean and very comfortable offering about all the amenities a person would need. The Hotel Bar made a sangria that was incredible and they served delisious appetizers too!
