  Very quite place but just two blocks away from metro and about 10 minutes walk to the Tower entrance. Very friendly staff. Every day we got complementary bottled water and cookies besides advertised tea and coffee. Up to date furniture and bathroom amenities. The only problem I had was a mattress and pillows. I felt like my legs were too low and it was not comfortable for my back. But everything was very clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

  The hotel is in a decent location, fairly close to the metro. The room was clean and modern. The front desk staff were very helpful and informative. Plus, there is a computer in the lobby with a printer that is free to use.

  Upon check-in my wife and I were immediately upgraded to a superior room. It was quite large. The hotel was very clean and modern. lt's in the City of London and the area is very quiet after 6pm and on the weekend. If you want to stay in central London this is not the hotel for you, but if you don't mind taking the Tube it's only a minor inconvenience. Some minor quibbles with the service. The water in the shower could have been a bit hotter, and we didn't receive a wake-up a call that we had requested. Overall it was a positive experience.
