Hotel was great. Food was great. Had several different restrants to choose from. Different flavors, and different prices. $1 roulet tables where the only ones we saw on the strip. Was so nice you didn't have to go to any other hotel or casino. We plan on going back to Vegas for the NFR and are going to be staying at South Point. Great equine facility

South Point was a good example of "you get what you pay for". It was clean and provided us a decent room to sleep. However, if you're looking for a luxury hotel with a high socio-economic clientele, you would be better off with one of the hotels along the strip. The "feel" of South Point is one of mediocrity, or maybe slightly above. We did not have any good meals there either, which was a disappointment. So, if you're looking for a place to sleep and a pretty decent pool, it's a good place for the price and then spend your time elsewhere.
