- Beginning March 1, 2013, the South Point Hotel will be charging a nightly resort fee of 12.50 plus tax, 14.00 total. This fee will include in room Wi-Fi, use of fitness center, local and toll free phone calls from guest rooms, boarding passes, and airport shuttle.

This hotel has all the feels of the nicest strip hotel out there but being a little off the main strip has it's pluses. No crazy traffic etc Everything is there that if you dont want to leave the premises you dont have to. Movie theater, bowling tables machines awesome food it is just the best place to stay in vegas and a super buy at that

Awesome value. This place is spacious and accommodating. I have stayed in suites at the Bellagio, Caesars, and the Venetian but didn’t feel as comfortable as I did at South Point. It may not have all the ritz and glitz of the strip, but dollar for dollar it is the best place I’ve stayed.

I would compare this hotel to any nice hotel on the strip. The only drawback is the location being off the strip but they have a shuttle service to and from the airport and the strip which comes in handy while enjoying adult beverages. The wifi was free in the lobby area but not in the room.
