Important Hotel Information
- Beginning March 1, 2013, the South Point Hotel will be charging a nightly resort fee of 12.50 plus tax, 14.00 total. This fee will include in room Wi-Fi, use of fitness center, local and toll free phone calls from guest rooms, boarding passes, and airport shuttle.

When we arrived, I forgot to ask for a king sized bedded room and went back to the front desk and they quickly cleared it up, we got to our new room and it was not made. Housekeeping was just down the hall and said it would be fixed ASAP. So we went back downstairs to the front desk and alerted them that the room they gave us was not made up and they upgraded us to a suite - at no charge! Now that's what I call service! The whole floor was quite and you knew you arrived - if you get my drift - we weren't even in the room not even 5 minutes and housekeeping knocked on our door to see if everything was "perfect". Which it was.

02/05/2011I liked the hotel. my only problem was that i was traveling with a lady friend (i am a lady too) so we wanted two queen beds - not one king ...
I liked the hotel. My only problem was that I was traveling with a lady friend (I am a lady too) so we wanted two queen beds - not one king bed and there was no way the hotel could guarantee me a king room would be available - even after I already paid online with a credit card. When we arrived, there were no non-smoking rooms with 2 queen beds so we had to take a smoking room. It wasn't too bad (we had housekeeping come in and spray deodorizer in the carpet) but for the price, I could have stayed at another hotel just as nice and been guaranteed the room of my choice.
