- Beginning March 1, 2013, the South Point Hotel will be charging a nightly resort fee of 12.50 plus tax, 14.00 total. This fee will include in room Wi-Fi, use of fitness center, local and toll free phone calls from guest rooms, boarding passes, and airport shuttle.

The Hotel staff where friendly and courteous at check in. The hotel lobby smelled of smoke so bad we couldn't even go to other parts of the hotel because of the smell. I can't recommend this hotel because of the health risk of the lobby smoke.

Great value, nice flat screen tv, hotel is far from strip

I was in Vegas on business so this hotel had everything I needed. I don't gamble so I wanted to stay away from the strip. Very clean and nice. I also don't smoke and didn't have any trouble with prior smoke smells. Restaurant was good too.

This hotel is very good for a family visiting Las Vegas. There's a bowling alley! The Casino definitely seems "cheap" compared to the other casino's that are located on the strip. It's not a hotel for singles or to bring a date to :-p.
