- Beginning March 1, 2013, the South Point Hotel will be charging a nightly resort fee of 12.50 plus tax, 14.00 total. This fee will include in room Wi-Fi, use of fitness center, local and toll free phone calls from guest rooms, boarding passes, and airport shuttle.

GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE
02/08/2011Great hotel for the price. nice clean rooms,plasma tv,helpful staff. the only catch is that you must drive every where , 5 miles from the strip.
GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE. NICE CLEAN ROOMS,PLASMA TV,HELPFUL STAFF. THE ONLY CATCH IS THAT YOU MUST DRIVE EVERY WHERE , 5 MILES FROM THE STRIP.

Southpoint provides decent service and clean bedroom. But the hotel is located quite a bit far from the strips, so it was not convenient to visit the strips even though they provide shuttle services running every hour.
