- Beginning March 1, 2013, the South Point Hotel will be charging a nightly resort fee of 12.50 plus tax, 14.00 total. This fee will include in room Wi-Fi, use of fitness center, local and toll free phone calls from guest rooms, boarding passes, and airport shuttle.

This was our second stay and we will go back again. We liked the restaurants, the casino is nice--wish the slots were looser and there was a large non-smoking area--but the room was large and quiet and very clean. Our fall stay was better than the summer stay. The pool area is too hot with all the reflection from the windows onto the pool deck. I burned my feet on the astroturf it was so hot. but for an off the strip hotel, it is great..

Check in was fast an easy, room was spacious and comfortable. Buffet was excellent, but we really liked the coffee house downstairs. The location of this Hotel is great, half way between the Strip and Boulder City. Next time we visit Vegas we will stay here again.

Richly appointed, clean rooms. Friendly, courteous staff. Really never had to leave the property--large casino, many restaurants, full bowling center, multi-screen cinema, venues for shows, plenty of free parking, etc. Beautiful spa and pool facilities too. We've visited two times in the last two years and would not hesitate to stay there again. Excellent experience!

The rooms are large & well equipped. The coupon book you get on check-in has many great specials. There is a large selection of restaurants and we have tried most, enjoying excellent food & service at each. The Oyster Bar and Italian Restaurant are two of our favorite dinner destinations. The pool & surrounding area is large & enjoyable. The casino has games and machines to satisfy most anyone. A multi-screen movie theater & bowling alley are part of the complex.
