We went to Orlando for a very short trip just to attend a TOOL concer (the concer was amazing!) we did not even spend the night at this hotel the staff was good but as soon as we arrive to the room , we were staring at it i sat on the bed and we just cross the street to satay at The Hilton Dys Inn Orlando was dirty, old smels like a trash can , there was people in the parking lot drinking alcohol an with the car sound very loud. I do not recomend this hotel at all !!!

Horrible hotel everything broken
09/06/2012Everything was broken and dirty! customer service was ok but they couldn't help me with the safe box because they didn't have the key.

The only problem we had was that are room keys did not work. Rooms were clean beds comfortable. Next to Universal and wet and wild. Overall i would give it a 9 out of 10. Poor internet service.

Some hotels have a mint on your pillow every night. This one has a roach on the ceiling every morning. The AC was either freezing or off and muggy. Shower leaked noisily all night. Trash outside was never taken away in four days. Toenails on the steps leading to our room. Lots of long-term residents, I think. No breaks when requesting a cheaper fare for an extra night. You get what you pay for.
