I booked this hotel for a family vacation to celebrate my little sisters birthday and I figured this hotel was affordable and looked appealing. Boy was I wrong! The check in process was pretty fast but I felt like I was rushed away eventhough no one else was checking in. Once in the room it was so cramped and smelled horrible! We let the room air out for a bit and went down to the swimming pool, or lack there of. The pool was so small and it was taken over by a huge family that was BBQ-ing when they weren't supposed to and the staff did nothing about it! This happened twice while trying to relax by the pool. Housekeeping services were HORRIBLE! I was there for 5 days and my room was only cleaned (barely) twice, we had to continuously ask the housekeeper to just change our towels and take our trash because she would "forget" to do our room. One day she came knocking at the door at 4:30pm asking if we wanted service! Another day we had asked one of the front desk staff to call a cab for us which she did while playing kissy face with another one of the employees! How unprofessional and we ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money for the cab just to take us about 15 mins away! What sent me over the top was my last night there. The hotel room phone started ringing at 3am and the Orlando police were banging on our door! Apparently they were looking for someone with a specific car (which at checking in I told them I didn't have a car) and the person at the front desk gave them my room number and my name obviously did not match the name the cops had! Then at 5am the front desk called my room again asking the same questions, like are you kidding me?!?! I will never stay here again!!

I can't rate the bed comfort because I checked out two minutes after I checked in because there was a cockroach. I knew it was a lower end hotel, but it was still $70 a night, the paint was cracked, the place was dirty, it reeked of smoke and again, there was a friggin cockroach. So gross. I will say the guy at the front desk was nice about it when I came back and immediately refunded my money, however this also left me in a horrible situation since it was after midnight and every hotel in Orlando is always full day of, so I had to drive around for an hour until I could find somewhere with a vacancy.

The major problem was the room. The carpets needed to be shampoo. The bathroom was so small that the shower curtain almost touch the toilet. Two light fixtures would not work and I ask for them to fx which they didn't. The manager anddesk staff was good. Its the room that was bad location was excellent with many great restraunts. Shuttles were on time and clean

The locks were updated, but they barely latched. You had to SLAM the door to get it to latch. When you looked at the latch from the inside of the room, you could see that the latch barely went into the hole. I would imagine that if someone hit the door hard enough, they could come right in. We left our room one day, and when we returned, the door was not latched.
