second day after returning from shopping 7:30pm met toillett cleanning brush on top of the iron board, call reception for someone to come no one showed up, still no face towels, lets just say room was clean 3 times out of a 7 night stay, food from restaurant made me sick bitter, oily ( chicken qua) waited 30min, while waithress sat in corner eating i guess with boy friend, had to ask her for my order she went got it no "am sorry". You know what, i still enjoyed my vacation HaHa..............will not sweat the small stuff..

Trouble from the airport. Their service phone to check for shuttle did not work. Calling by cell phone repeatedly went into manager;s answering machine instead of the front desk..they were having a staff meeting and had a sub on the desk. The furniture was beaten and fair quality. The hair dryer and a light bulb was missing. When the toilet stopped up we cheerfully were moved to another room. On the first night we checked in, the room phone rang and the person who said it was from the front desk said our credit card had not worked and they needed to get our information. UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS A SCAM. I gave the requested information. Was someone at Wyndam involved? I'll never know. My card was cancelled and I was not held responsible for the charges.
