I had to remind the wait staff to hop skip to get food and drink a few times because they were understaffed last weekend... But overall it was awesome. I enjoyed the bars, LIV nightclub was amazing... (expensive) but what can you expect it's the best!! Beach was very pretty... I'd definitely stay there again. For a resort the prices are actually competitive. Bring your own beach gear and stuff unless you want to walk to the nearest Walgreens over 4 blocks away. Beware of the $22 large cocktails.... it's better to raid the minibar HAHA! Very fun fun... we had a great time.

one challenge everyday was to find chairs at the pool or find towels at the beach. Feed-back from staff was always that they had too many clients and not enough chairs so client should come early in the morning to reserve their chairs in advance. For a hotel of this category, I was expecting another service. The last day, after one week stay in the hotel, I asked if I could have a late check out as my flight was late and I was with my two children. I was told that all their rooms were occupied, but they offered me to stay late if i would pay 50% of the room price: so they had availabilities but are not open to tell their client that they offer late check out only if the client agrees to pay. I was disappointed by this behaviour. I travel a lot for my work and I've rarely had such feed-back from Hotels.

I really enjoyed the beach but around the smimming pool and inside the main Hall it was too much techno music all the time, instead to relax myself, at the end of my vacation, I felt very stressed. Maybe it could be good for teeneger that like this kind of music.

The staff is very welcoming and professional and treats you with the respect that is expected at a hotel like this. It is a great place for people of all ages. While it has some of the best pool side bars and one of the top clubs in South Beach, it is also a place you can take your families. I would recommend it to those who do not mind spending a few extra dollars for the best possible treatment.

We only had one night but we have deiced to come back for more. We were welcomed by John at the check-in who was super nice and made us feel very welcome. The rooms was amazing, great beds and bath. The pool area a lot of fun, and great food and drinks. We loved it.
