I am a flight attendant and my husband is a pilot. We have traveled the world and stayed in many hotels. This was a last minute trip for Spring Break with our two kids, 15 and 17. I can't say enough about the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The room, however, is a basic hotel room and way over priced. I thought I was booking an oceanfront balcony and we did have a balcony, but it was right over all the air conditioning units for the building. We couldn't hear the ocean at all. So, if you don't mind paying the money then you will be satisfied.

We just got back from a great stay at the Fountainbleu in Miami. Samuel at the front desk made sure that we were very happy with our room This made our entire stay so enjoyable.. David, the hotel manager, immediately took care of a problem we were having with the parking and the computer. Food is great in the restaurants. Vida was very good and the most reasonable place to eat. They accidentally posted $600 too much on our final bill. When I questioned it , they removed the charge. All in all, the service was fabulous. The people who work here are all so nice and they really want you to enjoy your stay.

My teenage kids enjoyed the hotel as much as I did. The location is perfect, only a mile to Lincoln Rd and slightly longer to South Beach. Easy access to the highway and to the the Grove and Coral Gables as well as MIA.

  • Great time great people.

Large hotel, good swimming pools, easy nice access to good beach, expensive. 2-3 very good restaurants on premise. Couple clubs access from lobby, makes the lobby a waiting place for the club but happening area. Expensive, drinks, breakfast, food, all good but expensive 10-15 taxi ride to south beach busy neighborhoods but easy to get there, taxi or bike. We used the city bikes, couple blocks south of the hotel was a bike stand, easy to bike near the waterfront. you pay an extra per day for internet, I think it is worth it. Overall I would go there again. for 4-5 Days allocate 3-4K $. breakfast for two is like $60-70, dinner in the fancy restau are like 100-150 each! (Miami!)
