    Very friendly staff from the door man, to the front desk, to the servers in the restaurant. Comfortable bed with tons of pillows. I booked the rooms based on previous experiences with Sheraton and was not disappointed. We found that we were right in the center of the shopping district, and were within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. It was a short walk to catch a guided tour of the city. I'd like to return to Chicago with my family, and will stay at Four Points Sheraton again.

    Weekend family trip to Chicago. Staff: NOT friendly, NOT helpful, NOT professional. Location: At best... OK. Rooms: Beds are very hard - defenitly not the Sheraton Heavenly Bed. Pillows: FLAT - Not firm, not fluffy - just flat! Bed linens: very low thread count - very rough & scratchy. Bathroom: SMALL, don't plan on 2 people trying to get ready for the day at the same time. View: There was a window but all I could see was the concrete side of another building. There was a small fridge in the room which made very odd "settling" noises similiar to someone knocking at the door. Literally, we got up to look out the peephole every time we heard it. There was a very odd odor in the lobby but it was worse in the sleeping room. There are many options at this price level. Before you stay at the Four Points Sheraton - look around a little. Odds are you can find something far better for quite possibly less money.

    Booked this trip a week before we came...it was a pretty good deal including the flight. The location was great, because it was a block away from the Mag Mile, and there were lots of other areas that we could safely walk to and come back. Saved money for transportation to and from the airport because the bus ans subway system there was very close by and easy to do. The hotel was great...if you're a Starwood Preferred Guest member, mention it when checking in and they can upgrade your room (someone else had also posted that idea and we were able to do it). Room was nice and clean; our room had a microwave and coffee machine and refrigerator...not a great view, but we were out all day. We did try doing room service, but that came out to be a little more costly than we wanted. But there were great restaurants right at the corner, so we'd get our food and come back and have dinner if we stayed in. Oh! If you need urgent supplies like toiletries, there are tons of Walgreens everywhere! So don't worry about taking your shampoo/toothbrush, etc. Also if you wanted a quick breakfast, there's a Trader Joe's just next door so you can get fresh fruit/food. So, yes, we were very pleased with the trip and hotel selection, and we'd go back there in a heartbeat. Hope this review helps you!

    Good sized room. Microwave & refrigerator in room. Stayed with spouse and 2 kids. Great location. A block from the magnificent mile. Lots of shopping / dining / sights in the immediate area. Get a CTA visitors pass so you can ride the buses and trains to get around Chicago. Will definitely stay here again.
