From the moment we checked in, the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. On each and every trip we made in and out of the hotel, we were greeted by the staff with either a "Have a great day!" or "Welcome back!" They were EXTREMELY helpful with tips for meals, transportation, and entertainment. Only negative--the breakfast was very expensive for what you got. However, the front desk gave us some great tips for more inexpensive breakfasts that were great. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!!

This hotel has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They overcharged me a substantial amount of money, and then acted as though I was inconveniencing them when I asked them to fix it. No one even apologized. They didn't give me any information while I was there. They just lied and said they took care of it. Meanwhile, we were left with no money for an entire day of our trip. They randomly charged my credit card again over a week later, and now are just brushing me off and transferring me from person to person without giving me any information. The location of the hotel was nice, but the staff was horrible.

The location of this hotel was ideal for the mass transit system: easy to find, easy to get to and close to all of the main attractions. We were very pleased with how clean and quiet it was for a downtown hotel.

Everyone was soooo nice. They were very helpful with dinner reservations. We got in our room early. We had 3 rooms booked and they made sure without asking that they were all close to each other. They gave good directions and knew alternative routes on the CTA. They always had a smile on their faces. This is one block off Michigan Ave. and about 4 blocks from the Chicago River. Not far from the Trolley stop. We had such a good time and they help to make the trip so enjoyable. Our adult kids were very happy with everything as well.
