This hotel was close to the shopping that I went to Chicago to do. The staff was very accomodating, and let us check in early (around 10 AM!) and kept our bags for us until our flight left on the day of departure. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay near the Magnificent Mile!

This hotel was a most comfortable retreat tucked away just a short walk from the Magnificent Mile. We would certainly return to this attractive facility. Staff we encountered were all very helpful and we felt this was an excellent value for the price!

Four of us stayed at the Four Points on North Rush April 8-11. The friendly service extended from the Door Man at the front, right through the reception desk and included the Housekeeping staff. The location was perfect and there is a great little restaurant connected to the hotel called e.leaven. Delicious blueberry muffins and breakfast. We will go back!

Location, location, location is excellent and in the heart of shopping (1 block to Mich Ave/Magnificient Mile), restaurants, etc. Thirty eight dollars/day for parking is expensive and because parking downtown is hard to find we ended up walking instead of driving from place to place. If we stayed here again I consider taking a cab instead of renting a car to avoid the parking ramp fee. Room was clean, bed was good, micro, frig, coffee maker are nice to have in room. Loved the Grand Lux Cafe (across street) & The Rosebud (2 blocks) for authentic Italian. Best pizza ever at Pizano's and Kinzie Chophouse was also top shelf. Would stay at Four Points again & love the Windy City!
