Four points is a five star hotel. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is on Rush Street, so you get to avoid the mobs on Michigan Ave. The beds were extremely soft and comfortable. The food and service at the on-site Japanese restaurant was second to none. The location is perfect to visit the many sites. There are many restaurants, lounges, coffee and tea shops, within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

The Four Points exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. We were close to everything downtown and the Red Line CTA is right around the corner. Great choice for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay!

I had to travel for work and brought the family to Chicago. Close to a variety of places and activities for my wife and three children while I was away. Staff was friendly, helpful. Zoo is close and we love that!

My friends and I were looking for a fun, easy, and convenient place to stay in downtown Chicago and this hotel was the perfect fit. It was affordable for us and we could easily walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The room was large enough for 4 of us and quite clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
