The staff members were extremely courteous. The room was clean and up to date. The location was fantastic. Parking was very reasonable for Chicago. The hotel was intimate, yet very accommodating and quiet. It was great for families, but suitable for anyone.

We had excellent service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. This hotel is downtown and within walking distance to most anywhere we wanted to go. We heard no noise from adjoing rooms. It offered the best parking arrangements we've ever encountered on a visit to Chicago - an enclosed parking ramp attached to the hotel! Great experience - we would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful value! Superior location, outstanding hotel service and personnel and a very comfortable room. We had a slight problem with our room. This was immediately resolved and we were given a free breakfast (delicious) and late check out as compensation for our momentary situation. You are just steps from Michigan Avenue and all its amenities. I have stayed at many hotels in many cities and this was one of my best experiences. I can't say enough about the friendliness and helpful attitude of the hotel staff from the doorman, to the front desk and even those assisting with breakfast. A must stay at hotel!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Wow! What a great hotel. I've stayed in Chicago many times but never at the Four Points. From now on, that's where we'll be staying. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very clean, and the staff is wonderful! Parking is attached, which is great if you're visiting during the winter. It is pricey but parking anywhere in Chicago is pricey! And as an added bonus, they have an really nice indoor pool and hot tub -- really relaxing after a long day of shopping! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
