  Nice and friendly service, but lacking personality, at the desk, although we only saw her twice. The bed frame literally collapsed due to poor construction. One of the three towels was very noticeably on its last leg. The "cafe" that was on this property, is really nothing too special. Its more like a convenience store with a kitchen. Maybe I'm a little critical and picky, but detail is everything to me.

  Everything about our stay was exceptional. Of course, beautiful weather in Clearwater also helped! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lady taking care of breakfast, which was also very good, was extremely pleasant. Room was kept very clean: new linens and supplies in room daily. No need to request any extras.

  This was our first stay at this hotel...Wow! I am a person who finds it hard to sleep any where but home. This place was excellent, I was able to get comfortable and restful sleep in the beds that our room had and the hotel was peacefully quiet. I was pleasantly surprised to be so comfortable in the bed. Our room was very clean and had a fresh smell to the room. In the mornings before we headed out the breakfast that the hotel provided was a huge variety the suited everyone in my family so we didn't have to spend any extra money on eating out for breakfast. The hotel staff was the most friendly and accomodating people I have every had a pleasure to talk with and any request that we had was meet with a friendly smile. We plan to stay here again when we come back next holiday.

  For the money this was well worth the stay. the staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the room was quiet.
