My stay at Hotel 71 was a great experience. From the assistance from the staff (directions, things to do, flagging down a taxi, to the fantastic view of the Chicago River, everything was perfect. It was clear the staff loved their jobs!

07/08/2012The location is great, right downtown across from trump tower,with nice views of the river. complimentary internet is included. would definitely stay there again.

My room was small, but very nice and well kept. The bathroom was surprisingly nice! The Hotel 71 location is perfect for the Chicago tourist. It sits right on the Chicago River and is close to many tourist locations like Navy Pier and Millenium Park. There is a double-decker tour bus stop right across the street. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
