From the time we drove our rental car up to Hotel 71 the staff was responsive, friendly, and more than willing to help. Located just minutes from the Magnificent Mile we were able to walk and enjoy the city. The room was roomy and clean, as was the bathroom. Not a lot of posh but definitely nice! The lobby was warm and inviting as was their bar.

For the money, it was a great location and great hotel! I enjoyed the stay. The staff always greeted me by my name when I returned to the lobby. I stayed alone and traveled alone but never felt unsafe. It was overall a very good experience.

This hotel is where I always stay when I visit Chicago! Every time I have stayed at this hotel I have been more than impressed with the quality and friendliness of the service I was provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is so accommodating! The hotel is also very close to many of the main attractions Chicago has to offer! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to the Chicago area!
