I loved this hotel!!!! Check-in is at 3pm. We arrived at 10am to the hotel. We were told our room was ready. Checked in immediately. The staff was very helpful. They gave directions to multiple places to eat and shop. Any needs we had were met. I especially lIves the bathroom! Two sinks, a large deep-set tube, and the RAIN SHOWER! Amazing. Anyone would love this hotel.

Great location, attentive staff. The river view was wonderful -- I never wanted to close the drapes. I was able to walk to the Goodman Theatre, the park, The Art Institute, and Symphony Hall -- as well as to the Frontera Grill. Also close to the starting point for river cruises. The only down side was the room service food: it wasn't bad, it was just not up to par with the rest. Again the service was good, the food was just a bit bland/institutional.

This hotel is located in a great spot- very convenient to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly. But, the room was not in great shape. The bathroom tiles and the tub were chipped. The door to the room was peeling off at the bottom. The size of the room was great and the view fantastic. I really appreciated the complimentary wifi. I hope they are in the process of renovations because if spiffed up a little it could be a wonderful place to stay!

Excellent views of the Chicago river. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problems that I can say we're that the bathroom door didn't close properly. You had to pull it up and jam it closed. Becareful not to close it all the way or you're stuck! Also the walls were thin so we could hear the foot traffic and noise from the hallway. There was a wedding on the top floor so that was pretty loud as well.
