It was my first visit to Ho Chi Minh. My fiancee planned a engagement party for us here and it turned out to be excellent! The buffett, the staff, the room, all first class. Everything was clean and comfortable. I will visit Windsor on my next visit!

My brother and I stayed at the Winsor Plaza for a week. We could not have been happier. It was away from the main part of town, but with the free shuttle every hour we could be there in 15 minutes. They arranged everything for us a golfing day and then another day trip down to the Mekong Delta. We had our own guide who spoke great English and had a wonderful sense of humor. Walking around the hotel in the evening I felt very safe and met some wonderful people. When booking make sure that you know that you are getting the free buffet or not. We had some confusion but the hotel worked it out. I will stay there again.

This was my first trip to Vietnam and I realy didn't know what to expect. This hotel turned out to be a nice choice despite being picked kind of blindly. Nice clean rooms, helpful staff and a nice breakfast in the morning. Only real downside is that it's not in a more "popular" district, but this didn't really bother me personally.

Stayed in this hotel for over 2 weeks. The staff is superlative in their friendliness and willingness to help. The food in the dining room is tops. If you don't like one thing, there are 15 other things you will! The breads are of a superior quality comparable to European breads. The executive lounge has a marvelous breakfast spread and throughout the day. Entertainment is available as is exercise room, swimming pool, and numerous other things. The shuttle bus will take you to 4 different kinds of restaurants. The German restaurant was like eating in Berlin or Stuttgart becaus a German owns it and makes sure the quality is excellent! I did not try the others. Taxi service is A-1 thanks to the 'bell hops' and outside staff. The cleanliness of the rooms was maintained in a professional way as was the rest of the hotel. Laundry service was also available and was very much appreciated. The most impressive thing was the service! Smiles and friendliness from everyone! In two weeks there I got to know on a modest personal basis numerous staffers and came to like and appreciate everyone! I cannot say enough positive commentary because I had a tremendous experience at the Windsor Plaza and will definitely seek out its ambience when I next visit Sai Gon!
