Great hotel, excellent and friendly service. Parking is a serious issue
02/08/2012Have walk about 50 yards to off premise parking. a real inconvenience. otherwise hotel is excellent and one of the complimentary full breakfasts around.

I loved this hotel! It is close to everthing and cleeeeeeaaaaaaannnnnnn! Everyone was nice and I mean everyone. Smile all around and trust someone else's smile goes a long way. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and are hoping to stay again in the near future.

Would definitely stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful; service was quick. Stayed at the Springhill Suites in Williamsburg, VA in April, and this was a step up in quality. Our room had a full kitchenette w/ 2-burner range, full size fridge, dishwaher, and full set of utensils. Spent less money eating and more having fun. Buffet eating area more like a restaurant than a cafeteria, with better service, and better food. Couldn't use the pool (down the hall in the Hilton next door), as it was under renovation. On the down side, the parking lot is across the street, but we never needed it. Always found a spot on the street near the building.

A great place for us to stay for our annual family vacation. The staff were super helpful and always said "Welcome Home" when we came through the front doors! They gave us great instructions for riding the local bus to all the tourist attractions. The bed was super soft. We loved having the option to cook in our room, however, they offer a full hot breakfast with protein included (many other chains simply have waffles, muffins and danish. Then we also were offered a dinner meal each night which included beer and wine. This allowed my family to really enjoy Philadelphia and spend more of our money on sightseeing rather than on eating out. The only thing constructive I can say is that the computer room printer was out of ink and they had a Dell so you have to get the ink straight from them and it had been ordered but didn't arrive while we were there (4 days). They offered to printmy boarding passes at the front desk. Also, my son would have liked the pool to have had a "deep" end for jumping into.
I give it a big thumbs up and would stay there again.
