    The Aqua Palms and Spa was alright. It's hard to choose a hotel on-line. We stayed there twice, before our cruise and for a couple days after, only because I had already paid for the rooms pryor to leaving on our vacation. The room was a little smallish, but fortunately, we weren't in it for very long other than to sleep and bathe. Both of our rooms needed repair. The closet doors in both rooms had broken hinges, and the cabinet doors did not have knobs; you had to use your fingernails to open them. The workout area was very cheesy. It was a small motel room without the bed and cabinets...very small! It had two treadmills (one I couldn't get to work properly), a stair stepper, and a weight bench. With more than two people in it it was crowded. With very little money and a little effort, I beleive this older hotel could be very nice. The price was alright compared to others I looked at on-line. I think if I were going back though, I would spend a few more bucks and stay someplace nicer.

    This was our second time at the Aqua Palm & Spa. The first holiday we stayed 7 nites and the last 16 nites. It is absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is so courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to make your holiday the best. It is also convenient to all transportation, and shopping. , ,. We highly recommend this hotel to all vacationers. We will return again Jim & Joan Q. New York

    The hotel was good, room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. After a very long flight ( coming from Belgium ) and sleeping in a good bed, the next day I was like a newborn... On my next trip to Oahu, I'll stay there again.

    We stayed here for 5 nights in May 2010 and had no complaints. We read bad things about EVERY hotel in Hawaii, but we used this one and had no issues what-so-ever. The room size was reasonable, not huge, but we only used it to sleep. It does have a fridge and microwave, which we used. We needed the front desk to bring us more towels and for some plastic silverware and they helped quickly and politely with both requests. Also, on our last day our fight was at night and the front desk will hold your luggage from check-out until your airport shuttle arrives, if you plan you spend time in the city. There is a small, shallow pool, but who cares, there is an deep, warm ocean so close. The location was great, it is right next to the Hilton Hawaiin Village which is huge and is also where most activities did their pick-ups and drop-offs. It is also very close to the main strip which was fun to walk along at night. The hotel is not right on the beach, but its only a block or 2 away. This is a decent enough hotel under normal circumstances, when you consider the money (or lack of) spent, this hotel was great.

    every thing about this hotel was just as everyone says i stayed in two of their rooms one city side the other ocean side every thing was great except the damn scooters on ala moana blvd. my son is a U.S.MARINE there in oahu so now ill be back again and mostly glad to stay at this hotel!
