This was a small hotel, but the rooms were a good size. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, luggage and any questions my daughter and I had. It was located on a main avenue, not too far from Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping. We did not have a car while there so we walked pretty much everywhere. The only two drawbacks were there was no restaurant in the hotel, and the one day we went to the pool, it was not clean.

01/28/2011I stayed 7 days the hotel had a comfortable welcoming feeling. all of the staff was helpful and curteous. i would stay again.

The hotel location was excellent, being a 1 block walk to Waikii beach. The staff was pleasant and the in hotel coin operated laundry area was very convenient. It was a very safe area and traveling alone, I was not afraid to be out and about in the nearby restaurants after dark. The condition of the room was severely lacking. The sofa was disgustingly filthy with stains and was well worn. I requested 2 sheets to put over it before I would consider sitting on it. The tub was stained and the drain didn't work well. There is no way that I would sit in the tub. Showering was the only option. In general the room furnishings were pretty beat up and in need of a face lift. The bed was comfortable and all linens were clean. The pool was small but a nice place to relax prior to leaving for and returning from my cruise.

Aqua Palms and Spa, the hotel was nice, the rooms were clean. Unfortunely I requested an early check-in, they said that it will be met. This detail was not met, I arrived at the Hotel at approxiametly 930am after a long flight from Vegas. The room was not ready because they said it was sold out. The room was not ready until 3:15 pm.
