This is a great hotel ! The staff is friendly , the service is good , the room was clean and the beds were excelent ( we came from the main land and my brother and wife came from Belgium, so for them a very long flight , they woke up the next day and they were fit and readdy to go). Every day I was looking for it to go too bed even I was on vacation - normaly when I am on vacation I don't see my bed at all . The next time , we go to Hawaii ( Oahu) we go back to Aqua Palm and Spa. We had a great time !

Great location, clean and comfortable
02/08/2011Stayed at aqua palms june of 2009 and everything was great....we started every morning with a continental breakfast poolside, included with the room ... things had been so nice that ...
Stayed at Aqua Palms June of 2009 and everything was great....we started every morning with a continental breakfast poolside, included with the room ... Things had been so nice that we decided to return for a second stay October of 2010. At check-in I inquired about the breakfast....only to be told that it was no longer offered. Ah........well, ok.... I seriously doubt that we will be back for an third visit, I mean really....how much extra could it have cost them. But then....there is an International House of Pancakes (IHOP) adjoining (expensive) You can draw your own conclusions.

My husband and I traveled to Hawaii on a budget and were delighted to find a nice hotel at a decent price so close to the beach! The staff at the Aqua Palms were FANTASTIC!! In addition to being super nice (including when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room) they were very accommodating. Once we arrived in Honolulu after many hours of traveling, we were still several hours away from the scheduled check in time, but when we stopped by the hotel to see if they could hold our bags, they found a room for us right away! The room was a little small, but was just right for the two of us who were more interested in being outside while in Hawaii. It was clean and the bed was pretty comfy. The microwave and min-fridge were nice to have as well. The hotel is close to many attractions and there is a bus stop right in front to get you anywhere else you need to go.
