  Very friendly front desk. Took awhile to wait for the elevator, but were smooth. Room looked fabulous -- decorations were great, bed was very uncomfortable and stiff. Bathroom was spacious. Free internet was a plus. Parking was okay, hard to find a spot+hard key entry. Wouldn't stay again.

  My boyfriend and I stayed at this nice hotel mid March of 2007; for 6 days/5nights. It was a great value for the money!! I did a lot of research before hand and I was definitely happy with this hotel! The staff is great, and most all of them were very attentive. The guy at the Expedia desk was helpful and very friendly as well. We loved our room; and it was nice to have a safe in the room as well. The only thing that kind of bothered us was that there was no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. Otherwise a great place to stay and a great deal!!

  Just got back from cruise and stayed 3 nites at Aqua Palm & Spa. Location is great right across from Hawaiian Hilton Hotel and short walk to beach and shopping. Beds comfy, ammenities consists of iron and board, dryer, TV w/dvd player, coffeemaker, robes even, and mircowave. Great staff especially X at front desk, Y and Z at Bellman, and P(aka Mr. P-Expedia Local conceirge). Comfy beds, elevator wasn't slow like ppl say. I'd stay here in a heartbeat!
