The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are welcoming and accomodating. The location is just a walk away from almost everything. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There is nothing better than to start your day with hearty breakfast. And forgetting my laptop is a bummer coz they have free internet too. Will definitely stay there again, with my laptop of course.

We took an 8 day trip with a 9 year old and 63 year old mother in law. Nice place to stay. Good breakfast. Had complaints with noise level in room next to us. It was addressed by staff immediately. LOVE XYZ who works the bar. He makes you feel at home. It was far enough from all of the action to get a good nights sleep but was still close enough that we could walk to major attractions. I had been to New Orleans before but my mom and husband had not this place helped them to fall in love with the city.

We had a late check-in and they did not have the standard room requested, but were able to upgrade our room for free. Hotel was nice, great location, clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was a bonus. No complaints.
