Although we always find Comfort Inn & Suites to our liking, this one in particular had charm, history, and character befitting a New Orleans establishment. It was very comfortable, well decorated, and provided a good breakfast. The location was ideal for us. It was close to the street car line and within walking distance of the French Quarter. The water front, the warehouse district, and the garden district were all easy to access. It was set on a quiet side street, but was steps away from all the action. The valet service was prompt (and I think was included in the price of the room?) The courtyard that held the pool was quaint and relaxing.

if you want somewhere close to the action but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise then this is the place. great staff and just fantastic all the way around from the breakfast to the free cookies in the afternoon.

Really nice property, comfy beds, ok breakfast and all around good atmosphere. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, & with two young kids in tow we decided to just relax & wait in the lobby. The staff knew we were waiting but failed to let us know our room was ready, we waited an extra hour after our room was already ready for us. Staff made up for that by recommending some really great authentic local favorite restaurants .

Great hotel just two blocks from the French Quarter. This allowed easy access to the French Quarter and the casino without all the noise in the Quarter. The hotel is a renovated warehouse that is so tastefully done...with wood beams and brick walls visible everywhere. Highly recommended.
