My overall stay was a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The room that was assigned to me was clean and the bed was comfortable. The daily complimentary breakfast was excellent. The Hotel was a walk away from everything and at the same time away from the noise coming off the streets which gives me the peace and quiet that I need at night to get a good night's sleep. My only regret is that I forgot to bring my laptop considering it has free internet access too. It's worth every penny and quite a good deal. Highly recommended for everybody.

The location of this hotel was great and the value was even better. Within walking distance of the French Quarter and downtown and easily accessible public transit. The rooms and hallways were somewhat small and difficult to navigate with luggage in tow. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it met our needs. Parking fee was expected but still pretty pricey for only two days of stay ($30/day). Overall it was a great stay!

Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Jackson Square in the FQ. Parking rates are reasonable- we did call about them prior to the trip and told that there were no parking fees, only to find out there were fees- the gm did help us and we reached an agreement. Staff was very friendly- free breakfast is not all that great (only had eggs on one of the four days we were there). Room cleanliness was an issue. It was clear that upon entering our room that the bathroom had not been fully cleaned (hair on the floor, soap still in shower and sink). The bed was made but the room garbage was still full from the prior guest. All in all like anything in life- you get what you pay for. It is New Orleans, so you shouldn't be in the room that much anyway. I would recommend to a friend- but only if they didn't want to spend more on a quality hotel.

It was a nice, clean room at a reasonable rate. The hotel was also in an okay location--only a short (~10 minute) walk from the French Quarter. We never had the continental breakfast, but it was great to know we had that option! We will definitely stay here again.
