- Wynn Las Vegas charges a daily 25.00USD resort fee plus tax, which is paid directly to the property. The RESORT CREDIT included with your offer is valid toward items charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore during your stay excluding room rate, room tax, resort fee, retail items, casino play, Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub. The RESORTCREDIT will not show on your guest folio, but rather be automatically applied. Guest must be 21 years of age to check in and this hotel requires a 150.00USD per night deposit upon check-in for incidentals, which will be released at the time of check-out.

We stayed in the Tower Suites rooms are not to a five star hotel standard! Stayed at the NY NY for less than half the 1/2 the money got a better room and the staff was very nice! I would never stay here again. I take about 6-10 trips to Vegas a year and usually stay at the NY NY or Venitian. I regret so much ever have made the decision to try the Wynn. This hotel by no means has a ""5"" star service nor rooms. This hotel lost one piece of our luggage and it took them 3 1/2 hrs to get it back to us only after I stated that I would stay in the lobby until the police came and filed a report for my insurance since our luggage was worth about $3K throughout, all this time I was speaking to the hotel manager who was a real idiot. I was told that they had no way to track who removed our luggage from our room and I would have to wait for about 3 weeks for a response from the housekeeping department.

My husband and I thought that we would never be able to stay at a place like the Wynn but received a 3 night stay FREE from the Wynn. it was GREAT. Our room was not really high up but it over looked some of the strip. They had security checking make sure you were staying at the resort by the elevators. We even WON in the casino. I also received $100.00 for gambling from the Wynn. I will be returning. It was not right in the middle of the strip but it was too far away that you couldn't walk or get on the bus that runs 24 hours.
