The room was nice; maybe not quite as large as I thought it would be. It was new looking and the room was cleaned 2x per day. The bathroom was large and in nice condition. The hotel has a nice selection of restaurants (from kind of expensive to very expensive). The concierge was very helpful with getting rental car, reservations and tickets. The negatives were the staff was sometimes not well informed or not helpful. The bellmen sent me to the wrong check-in line (cost me 20 extra minutes of waiting) and no one told me that guests get to go through a special line on the buffet (cost me at least 20 extra minutes waiting). As mentioned before, the room was not as big as I expected. The building is on the Northern end of the strip - a fair walk to just about anywhere. However, we had a nice time and I would recommend the hotel. The casino was nice and seemed to have a nice group of people.

Hotel Room was excellent and value for money. Checking out experience was horendous with Checking in Customers in Checking Out line and we waited some 35 minutes, finally complaining and getting some service. Pool area and service very good. Concierge excellent service. Dining experience in Wynns Encore Switch Restaurant was a Nightmare on our Wedding Anniversary. Concierge booked it identifying special evening. Nothing was done to make it special. Waiter Service one of the worst we have had. My wifes and my evening was spoiled. We did complain but nothing was done, not even a Manager. We were not asked how the food was and the complimentary thing we got was a blob of Sorbet with a white chocolate. Having spent $311. This was a disaster. We would not dine again in any Wynns Restaurant.

The Wynn was like in being in an oasis in the midlle of the spectacle that is Las vegas. The room was awesome. Stayed in a panoramic view room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the strip and the Mirage volcano and TI pirate show.Well worth it. The room was clean and the bed surpassed the Westin's Heavenly Bed. Wynn even had their own specially designed mattresss that took two years to develop I was told. Staff was pleasant and accomidating to any request.. Casino was beautiful. Room was spotless and nicely furnished. The architecture and interior design and appointments are simply stunning. It blows away the other hotels on the strip. Breakfast buffet well worth it. Setting was in a Mad Hatter's version of an English conservatory gone crazy. Drawbacks: Long check-in line. Larger space devoted to ""Invited Guest Check-In"". ""Invited"" means has spent at least $10,000 at gaming. Long wait for valet car delivery during the day. Wife was in heaven with Wynn and Encore Esplanades, Fashion Show Mall across the street and Palazzio and Venetian Canal Shoppes next door. She used the spa and loved it, although pricey (about $500 for massage, facial, manicure and pedicure and tip); said they lavished a lot of attention on her Saw Cirque's ""LOVE"" and Ka"" and musical ""Jersey Boys"" . All had excellent seating, sound and production values. Saw Rita Rudner and was similiar to her act on TV. Funny and PG rated. Showroom small and intimate.

I stayed at the Wynn for 4 days in March 2009. It was my first time in Vegas, and I loved this hotel. It was very very pretty. The bed was comfortable a nice size room (tower suite) I have no complaints only besides this one issue I had with room service...If you are like me and can't always finish your food than I suggest you do not order room service!! I spent $83.00 On one meal the food was great but could not finish it and basically the rest of it went to waste due to them not having any microwave for me to re heat my food.. Also had no were to put it to keep it cold because the refrigerator they provide for you is full of drinks already and if you take them out you will be charged for it even if you don't drink them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about crazy!! So I complained to the manager ant the brought me a complimentary refirgerator wich was nice of them .. So I was atleast able to keep my food cool. But still no where to warm it up!! So unless you don't mind wasting your money or your actually going to eat all of your food, Do not order room service at the Wynn..They will not provide any type of microwave for you.

My husband and I just returned form a weekend trip from staying at the Wynn Las Vegas. We were absolutely amazed. We stayed on the 20th floor of the Wynn. We had initially requested a strip view, but we were so glad we didn't get one. The view from the resort side is beautiful. You get some twinkling lights, but you also get the desert mountains. We stayed in a standard king and it was everything we wanted and more! The staff was so friendly and accomadating. Be sure not to miss the show on the ""lake of dreams"" which starts after the sunsets, it was one of my favorite thigns we saw while in Vegas. We are not big gamers, but I really enjoyed the penny slots and walked out $12 dollars better than when I went in:) We went with my husbands company and usually after the 3rd day all the catered buffet foods start to taste the same no matter what you are eating, this was certainly not the case at the Wynn. The food was incredible, even the catered items that we had at the companies scheduled events. Zoozacrackers has the best Reuben you have ever put in your mouth. Get ready because everything is expensive, but it is no difference anywhere else in Vegas. This hotel is stunningly beautiful. It's elegant Vegas, not cheesey Vegas. I will certainly and happily be returning to The Wynn ASAP!!!!
