The RESORT CREDIT included with your offer is valid toward items charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore during your stay excluding room rate, room tax, resort fee, retail items, casino play, Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub. The RESORTCREDIT will not show on your guest folio, but rather be automatically applied. Guest must be 21 years of age to check in and this hotel requires a 150.00USD per night deposit upon check-in for incidentals, which will be released at the time of check-out.

    My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the wynn. Most of the staff and service was excellent. Maid service was really good, she even lined our shoes up. Left her a tip each morning because we were very pleased with her. The person at the bell hop desk near registration was a bit disappointing; he refused our bag and made use take it outside to the other bell hop desk outside the hotel to check in. Why do they have that bell hop desk there if he's going to refuse my bag? The person outside took our bag with no problem so my sister gave him a tip. Also, they didn't have any water at the pool when we were down there. The two water containers were empty and the person behind the counter said there wasn't any water. Other than those two service gliches, everything else was fine. We've stayed at the Wynn before and didn't run into these problems.

    A disappointing experience. First the good: the location is nice. Rooms are large nicely appointed with super-comfortable beds and quite lovely views. If the windows were cleaned you'd enjoy the views more. The hotel is altogether impressively lavish in a Vegas kind of way. But you have to walk through a garish, smoke-filled and tacky casino - a long walk too - to get to the guest room elevators,. so that part isn't exactly a great start to your stay. Nor is housekeeping up to par; the hotel policy is to have your room made up each day before 5 pm, and one day we had to complain that that even that unbelievably low standard wasn't met. Short of staff they said. Hmmm. They gave us a $100 food credit, but five-star service this is not. Food, including the buffet, is better at many other lesser rated hotels. Certainly not a place to consider if you're a well heeled traveller with high standards which I'm not. The Palazzo next door seems a much better choice, and is certainly less tacky.

    This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are great! However, it's $8 for a bottle of water in your room, it's $30/day to use the gym, and on and on. It's Vegas and I expect to pay more for dinner, etc. But shouldn't some of those things be included with my room charge?
