If you want a drink with a standard shot of alcohol stay away from the Wynn, They short pour every drink whether paid for or not. Any comp drink is basically a virgin "alcohol free" drink. They shrug their shoulders when mentioned. Sports book waitresses and personnel are the least friendly I have ever encountered. They do not remove empty glasses or plates. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Black Jack dealer totally ignored us as we sat down for a quick hand. Valet was friendly and helpful. Overall, stay away until ALL of their employees get the right attitude. Mr. Wynn it's time to get ALL of your employees heads on straight, get rid of the attitudes.

We went to the Wynn for a much-needed vacation and to celebrate an anniversary. The first shock we had was a $* DEPOSIT on the room (which we had already paid for). Be prepared for this -- they don't tell you this until you get to the desk to register. We were also talked into upgrading our room, and though the view was great, we had a whining whistling sound the whole time we were there (largely a result of being so high). The fridge in the room is meant for the REALLY overpriced water, candies, wines, beers that they try to sell you. Nothing is free and there is no room in the fridge to store any leftovers you might have after dinner. Coffee and breakfast cost us more than $* each day, and when we ate dinner at one of the 'famed restaurants,' we left ill and spent the evening trying to recover. When we complained about this (as well as about the poor treatment we received from the hotel staff as well as from the stores on the property -- we were treated like we were going to steal something, and both of us are in upper management/administration at an ivy-league academic institution), all we got was an apology and an invitation to fill out a form. Anywhere else, they would have at least comp'd our meal!!! For what we paid to stay at the Wynn, we got FAR less service than we've received at many other hotels where we've stayed (either on the Strip or elsewhere throughout the world). We are both extremely disappointed with this trip and will not return to another Wynn property at any time during the near future.

The Wynn is probably the best hotel on the strip. The rooms are nicely decorated and if you have a room with panoramic windows then your really in for a treat. The staff is very friendly and offer great service. Every detail in this hotel has been thought out. Enjoy in class.....

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was quite impressive. The beds are very comfortable, we even bought two pillows to use at home. We ate in one of the restaurants for dinner and did the weekend brunch. Food is excellent, service was top notch also. Overall service was very good, what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The only negative experience, was the registration process. They didn't seem to have an order to it, people just formed there own lines. The day we checked in there was a lot of people also checking in. The only thing you could do was pick a line and hope for the best. It would have been better to have a que system, then to the next available registration person, like some hoptels have and most banks do. In the system, that is there now, you pick a line and if you have a slow clerk or if the people in front of you ask a million questions, your stuck there. Meanwhile people after you are taken care of first because their line is moving faster. Next time we will split ourselves in two different lines, and the first one to the front, checks in
