We paid $* for 2 nights, we got room not bad looking. Here's the catch, on the first floor they have 3,yes three discos and an outside patio that absolutely blares music until, wait for this, 4 in the morning! When I phoned the front desk it took 15 minutes to get picked up, then i was told management is aware of the problem and is working on it. When I asked how long they were aware, the answer was 2 YEARS!!! Half asleep the next morning, we were moved to a quiet room, in it was a note apologizing with a bowl of fruit. On checkout, they charged my room with the fruit!! This Hotel has zero concept of hotel management or any intention of taking care of guests, they are a casino, not a hotel. When you check in, which I would discorage you doing, you'll note there is no offer to assist with you luggage and when you finally find the elevatores, they are 300 yards through the casino, barely marked, they are truly a disaster as hoteliers

While the Wynn might be a tad more expensive than some hotels on the strip if one appreciates the professional staff lovely atmosphere and the little tweaks that make up the extra cost its worth every penny. The rooms are well-appointed the staff is friendly and helpful and the pool is gorgeous. My husband and I have stayed at Bellagio and The Palazzo and while Bellagio is a close second the Wynn is definitely our favorite. We will visit again.

We recently stayed at the Wynn for our 25th anniversary. Every second of our stay was a dream, from the valet to the cleaning staff. We have never stayed in a place so luxurious and probably never will again. We planned ahead and bought snacks and drinks to have in our room. We even bought 2 styrofoam coolers, one for the room and one for the car. Every where we went, there were people willing to help or answer questions. Fabulous dinner buffet and great perks on the players card. If you stay in a 5 star hotel, plan on paying for extras or avoid them. This trip will forever be in our memories as the best place on earth. The pool area felt like you were no where near Vegas or the desert.
