My biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the guestrooms, and if you want to rent a hard wire cord it is $10. So only one device at a time can connect, no I-devices can connect and you pay $10 for that!! Rooms are tiny, walls are thin. The rooms are very poorly lit so you cannot see very much, just three small task lamps. Nice shuttle to airport, but if you need the internet to plan travel, connect, try somewhere else

Very convenient to airport.
10/04/2012This hotel fit our needs: close to the airport; shuttle to the airport; and affordable. it was surprisingly quiet even though the runway was three blocks away.

Pros: free shuttle goes back and forth between the hotel and airport every 20 minutes. Free breakfast buffet was pretty good. There is a bus stop walking distance from the hotel (about 3 min walk) which takes you to the city center, or UN, etc. Cons: no internet in the room. there is free Wifi in the lobby however the computer is extremely slow/old and the internet explorer browser they use is so old so you may not be able to view some sites. They keyboard wasn't fully functioning and certain keys didn't work which is ridiculous. Their restaurant is not open for lunch/dinner so you gotta go to the Moevenpick hotel next door to dine. You can also use their internet there; much faster. The staff didn't seem too helpful. They said "I don't know" to a lot of questions. You would expect them to have some info about tours of the United Nations. They were not able to provide any info other than giving me a piece of paper which explained how to get there. Our bathroom had molds all over the ceiling and the shower was leaking. The offered a new room to us which we didn't take. Wasn't worth packing and unpacking for us for just one night. So they ended up cleaning the mold and fix the shower. Thought the room should not have been offered in the first place before it was in presentable situation. Will never stay here ever again.

If you are looking for a hotel close to Geneva Airport, then this is for you. Even if prices in and around Switzerland are high, this hotel gave me excellent value for money. The staff were courteous and efficient.
