We stayed there for the weekend just as a little get away for the weekend. The service was good. It was very clean in the room. There was some very loud guest that stayed that weekend that were never dealt with and the guy on saturday night that him and his friend checked out in the middle of the night with his friend having a split forehead.

Stayed with my older two for two nights while touring colleges. The location was great and less than ten minutes from Pitt and CMU. The staff was very friendly and the room was great. Only real issues were minor (breakfast turned over quickly and items that were available earlier during a coffee run were gone by the time we went down to eat and the bathroom was a little shabby) but overall it was a good stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The parking is paid separately but they have a shuttle to take us anywhere within 3 miles from the Hotel. It was great not to worry about parking in the city.
