Previously we stayed at the Omni Parkerhouse which was nice but the Langham was much nicer. I did not expect such a bright, clean and elegant environment. Our king suite was very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was top notch especially the service and amenities. The evening turn down service was a personal touch. If you like to walk to major City attractions such as Fannuiel Hall and the Boston Common it is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was Internet is not free. I complained to the front desk and they waived my fee!

What a joy to stay at the Langham. The staff was meticulous in every way. The location of the hotel is ideal for walking to every major downtown area in Boston including Beacon Hill. And the bar (The Bond) is simply gorgeous. What a great place!

The rooms were everything one would expect from such a highly-rated hotel. Add to that however a great Boston location(short walk to the North End) and I did not want to leave. The bar was incredible-it used to be a Federal Reserve bank-and the selection and service was great,not to mention the ambience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would heartily recommend The Langham to anyone interested in a charming older-style luxury hotel. I would look forward to staying there next time I am in Boston!

The Langham is a fabulous hotel with a first-class staff. The location is within walking distance of points of interest and in the very safe financial district. I travel frequently and I would stay in the Langham again without hesitation. The only thing I would recommend is that they reconsider their internet policy and give their guests free internet service.
