From the moment I arrived, I felt I was truly in a five star hotel. The staff was helpful and cpurteous, the lobby & fitness facilities classy, and the room lovely, with large and attractive bathroom. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the hotel for one night and assumed since we were not paying full price that we would have a room with a view of the alley dumpster. We were totally wrong. Our beautiful and updated room overlooked the park and the hotel staff was friendly and made us feel like honored and welcomed guests. The hotel has a gorgeous spa/pool/workout area with a dedicated staff. The whirlpool was clean, hot, and fully functional. We look forward to staying there again.

This is a lovely hotel. We stayed for four nights. Had scrumptous room service and a beautiful sparkling pool and spa. Staff bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. We plan on staying here next time we are in Boston.

Great hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant. Received a complimentary room upgrade upon our check-in. Rooms are very clean. Bedding comfortable and clean. Rooms will likely need an upgrade soon--looking a little tired, but still very, very nice. Bathroom was clean. No issues. Hotel located within a couple of blocks from Quincy Market and within walking distrance to Beacon Hill and Newbury Street. Beautiful park across the street.
