the check in was long, and they didnt have our reservation. I showed them the confirmation on our cell and that wasnt good enough. We booked a room for more money that had a fireplace, it wasnt real, it was electric. The direct tv was down all day and night. there was a huge flat screen tv that we couldnt use. they offered free dvd rentals but the selection was minimal. otherwisew the pool and hot tub were great. the room was very nice and spacious. the washer/dryer in the hallway was great. the views were nice and the staff was nice. we would come back but bring dvds for the kids just in case! there is a charge for wifi too

This resort was a wonderful get-away for a weeks' stay instead of an overnight which we did. The facility was spacious, lovely pools: indoor & inside as well as the pool table, ping-pong table as including the grounds. The draw-back was they seemed to nickle & dime you for everything such as having to pay for extra coffee packages and creamers via the vendor machines and there was only one ice machine which was outside by the swimming pool area. Although the room was furnished with a full refrigerator, you had to wait for the ice machine to make ice-and our room had an electric eye to cook on instead of a stove. Everything else about the room was great except in the bedroom there was a dinky little 13' t.v. instead of a flat screen t.v. Also the reservation person checking us in did not give us complete info as where to find our room which was down the stairs around the bend , connected to a multi-unit space with an adjourning door.

We stayed at this resort in November and were able to profit from a great in-between season rate. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony as well. The location was wonderful and we were able to take advantage of some sight-seeing in the Berkshires. There is an indoor pool, too, which appeared to be well-enjoyed by the families at the resort. The check-in was a bit chaotic and disorganized since we had to go from one desk to another in order to obtain our parking pass. This involved, once again, standing in line. While the check-in was less than perfect, we otherwise enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort.
